Our office is not manned and therefore it is not possible to turn up and collect your duplicate certificate without a prior appointment.

Please use the contact us button below and include the details you used when booking your CBT so we can locate you certificate for you.

We will then give you some optional dates when you can collect your certificate.

As the CBT certificate is a legal document, upon collection you will need to present your driving licence as identification and the certificate will also need to be signed.
